This audiobook really brings back memories of Pam Grier. The author doesn't dive too much into the 70s and the impact of Blackploitation that propelled her career. Instead, the focus is more on personal relationships and providing advice from her unique perspective. The only downside is that there's a lot of cheesy music throughout, which tends to end each chapter. However, I must say that I absolutely adore Goldie's sultry voice narration. It's just so captivating.
I absolutely adore Goldie Hawn, she has penned the most exquisitely written book I've ever come across. This book is an absolute gem. I'm head over heels for it. Completely smitten.
