Summary

I really enjoyed the storyline all the way through until the final installment of this series. However, I found this book to be quite offensive as it seemed to underestimate the intelligence of the reader. It bothered me that Franci kept the fact that the man she claimed to love had a child hidden for almost four years, and everything suddenly worked out perfectly. That's highly unlikely. If I were in that situation, I would be extremely upset. It feels like she deceived him and his family for almost four years. This book didn't become my favorite.
I absolutely loved 'Angel's Peak' as it continues to build upon the wonderful world of Virgin River. The introduction of new characters, particularly Rosy, adds an exciting dynamic to the story. Additionally, it's great to see familiar faces from previous books seamlessly integrated into the new storylines. The author strikes the perfect balance with a blend of romance, family dynamics, and personal obstacles, making the overall narrative engaging and relatable. I am eagerly anticipating the next installment in this fantastic series.
I absolutely adore all of Robyn Carr's novels! They always conclude with an uplifting and heartwarming ending, which is exactly what we need during these chaotic times. Terese Plummer, as per usual, is an incredibly skilled and fantastic audiobook narrator. She truly breathes life into the story.

I'm a huge fan of these books that are packed with heartwarming stories that really hit you in the feels. They always manage to bring the family closer together, despite the challenges they face, just like real life.
Returning to Virgin River is always a fantastic experience. The books in this series are incredibly well-crafted and expertly narrated. The characters in the story are absolutely delightful, with Rosie being a personal favorite of mine. 😊
I absolutely adored these books due to the amazing cast of characters they introduced. However, I was slightly disappointed with this particular installment as it featured very few of the beloved original characters from the previous books. The same situation occurred in Forbidden Falls, which was a bit of a letdown.
