In my opinion, 'Angels Walking: A Novel' is one of Karen Kingsbury's best works so far! While I love all of her books, this one felt more plausible compared to some of the others. The suspense and anticipation were present, but not overly prolonged, allowing the story to flow smoothly. It's an incredible and uplifting tale! As for the narration, I found it to be really well done. Although there were times when the female reader's voice changes for different characters didn't quite match my imagined personalities, I understand that this is to be expected. It's a challenging task for any actor or actress to accurately represent numerous characters, both male and female, solely through their voice. Nevertheless, the tone and expression from both narrators were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to them.
