I absolutely adored the series, but man, it just went on and on. The narrator was solid as ever, the plot was intricate, and there were times when I seriously wished there was a map to help me visualize everything.
The recording of 'At the Sign of Triumph' had a few peculiar problems with clipping, and there were a couple of instances where it seemed like they inserted a second attempt for certain lines, resulting in a noticeable change in pitch and tone, which was quite jarring. I hadn't encountered this issue with this series or narrator before.
Apart from that, everything else about it was good and dependable.
I have to say, every book in this series was definitely worth the wait. It has become one of my absolute favorite series of all time. And let me tell you, this book served as a fantastic conclusion to an already amazing series. I was thoroughly satisfied with how everything wrapped up. And a little message to Mr. Weber - please, please continue this incredible story line! I need more of it in my life!
