    If you're looking for a book that's full of empty talk and doesn't offer any real excitement, then 'Be Obsessed or Be Average' might be right up your alley. Personally, I found this book to be poorly organized and it made me doubt the author's credibility. Ultimately, I didn't gain any valuable insights from reading it.

    This book truly sparked a fire within me. As a real estate agent, I had fallen into a state of complacency, settling for mediocrity. Even before I had completed reading the book, I estimate that I have already earned around $30,000 to $40,000 in profits. But now, everything has changed.
