I didn't have any prior knowledge about Catherine The Great, and by the end of the book, I was genuinely saddened by her passing. The author did a remarkable job of capturing her extraordinary life, and the narrator's delivery was simply captivating. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to listen to this book.
