I had a great time reading this book from start to almost finish. The ending caught me off guard, not what I had in mind. I truly love stories that pull me in and make me feel like I'm a part of it. Although the shocking climax threw me off, I'm coping by creating my own epilogue. Despite knowing the outcome, I would definitely give it another listen. In my opinion, the story is so good that it warrants a sequel.
This audiobook was an absolute blast, although it did feel a tad too brief for my liking. I was left craving for more intricate intricacies. Nonetheless, I thoroughly relished Elena Wolfe's captivating narration.
It's kind of creepy how there are some similarities between this series and the Grey series, but damn, the sex scenes are steamy, just like Crayton's intense desire and love for his new wife Holly. I must be really hooked on it because I can't even bring myself to put it down and go to sleep.
