Summary

My wife. I love saying those words. She's mine, and if she thinks I'm going to let her run without tracking her down and bringing her back to where she belongs-with me-then she's about to be introduced to a new reality. Because I'll fight dirty to give her the happily ever after she deserves.

  • Holly has finally put an end to her constant back-and-forth with her husband, and they are ready to face their partnership together. Throughout their journey, both characters have grown and embraced their married life. The book offers plenty of scorching, passionate moments, along with moments of laughter. Surprisingly, there is also an unexpected twist towards the end that caught me off guard. I thoroughly enjoyed the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy, and the narrations by SebYo and Elena were fantastic. They skillfully brought the story to life with their various accents and inflections. I highly recommend these books and now I can't wait to dive into Greer's story.
  • I can't believe I actually made it through the entire Dirty Billionaire Trilogy, I must have some serious dedication issues. The exaggerated country accent was so annoying, her foolish behavior was genuinely infuriating, and don't even get me started on that confusing ending. Ugh, M.M. really disappointed me with this series.
  • I almost gave up on the story after reading the first two books in this series. The characters felt one-dimensional, immature, and predictable. However, by the time I reached book three, I found myself caring enough about the characters to enjoy the story. It's hard to say if they grew on me or if I grew with them, but at least things finally worked out. I started listening to this series right after Meghan March's "The Mount Trilogy," and that may have contributed to my disappointment. The Mount series had a more profound and captivating storyline, although the female narration fell short. In comparison, the narration in this series was fantastic, but the story itself fell flat. TLDR: The narration was excellent, but if you're looking for more compelling characters, I recommend checking out The Mount series.
