I'm not really into the girl who narrated this book. The voice she gave Grace is quite irritating. Additionally, the storyline is just okay. It could be seen as dull, to be honest. Overall, it's one of the weakest books in the series.
The narrator wasn't the best, but that didn't bother me too much since I was really hooked on the story. It's worth giving it a shot. I'm happy that I did.
I had previously experienced the book quite a while back and figured I'd give the audiobook version a shot. I was almost hesitant due to certain reviews criticizing the narration, but I'm really happy that I went for it. I suppose everyone has their own preferences.
I'm a massive fan of the Dark Hunter Series. I started reading the books in a random order, but I gotta say, they're really good. The first two books are a solid introduction to the characters, but things really start to pick up as you delve deeper into their stories. By the time you reach the third book, you'll have a better grasp of where the series is going and trust me, you'll be completely hooked. I've been following this series for over 5 years now, and even the new releases manage to keep me engaged. Sure, there have been a couple of books that didn't quite meet my expectations, but the author's writing style never fails to keep things interesting. Overall, it's a fantastic series of books.
I might have liked the book more if the narrator didn't complain and sing so much. It was the most irritating audiobook I've ever heard, and I want a refund. Such a disappointment.
