I really wanted to enjoy this book, I truly did. The concept of a witty woman sharing amusing stories about womanhood had me hooked. However, I found myself unable to continue listening after about an hour and a half. While the stories might have been funny as shorter anecdotes, Ms. Moran seemed to endlessly dwell on her experiences with excessive masturbation at the age of 13. It became tedious and lost its appeal. I couldn't help but wonder if her intention was to shock the audience. If that's the case, she could have covered it in the first five minutes and then moved on to something enlightening or relatable. But no, she remained fixated on this topic for far too long. There were some valid points raised about porn, eventually, but the journey to get there was not exactly entertaining. On a positive note, the section about hair was quite intriguing. However, I had to draw the line when she started discussing names for her private parts. Honestly, who really cares? I do acknowledge that she possesses a great sense of humor, but I simply couldn't commit to over eight hours of this. I apologize.
