This book is absolutely terrible and incredibly difficult to make it through. Don't waste your money on it. It's a complete letdown.

Kim Johnson, the narrator of 'Luxe', was an absolute disaster! There were numerous instances where I could clearly hear her gulping loudly, which was quite distracting. Moreover, her lack of variation in vocal intonation made it difficult to differentiate between different characters. Additionally, there were moments where it seemed like she was stumbling over her lines or losing her place in the script. After this experience, I have made the firm decision to never listen to another audiobook narrated by Kim Johnson again!

The book was ok. I feel as though Ashley has written better books. I don't know if I will be reading book 2.
