I'm on the fence about this book, it's hard to say if I enjoyed it or not. Something about it doesn't quite click with me. Initially, I thought I might be interested in reading the second and third parts, but now I'm pretty sure I won't. The first part was just alright.
You'll need to push through the initial half of the book before the actual story unfolds. It seems like authors believe that extensive and detailed introductions are necessary when there are more books in the series, just like this one. However, they fail to realize that this approach often discourages readers from completing the first book. Personally, I almost gave up on it, and I'm not one to hold back on my credits. I'll probably just switch it off and delete it.
