Summary

    I absolutely loved 'Obsession'! The storyline was incredibly gripping and had a seamless flow throughout. It was filled with intense and tantalizing moments that were absolutely delicious! Trust me, you need to treat yourself and give the audiobook a listen. The character of the priest was particularly captivating and added an intriguing element to the story.

    After finishing this audiobook, I immediately felt the need to confess and seek forgiveness! This book is incredibly intense and captivating, to the point where you won't even mind the wild journey it takes you on because it's just that good. I can honestly say that I've never been envious of a fictional character before, but I can't help but feel a pang of jealousy towards Sunday. If you thought you've come across steamy reverse harem stories before, let me tell you, this one will make you yearn for a foursome of your own. Jason Clark, JF Harding, Jossph James, and Aaron Shedlock can have me any time, any place! Stella Hunter did an outstanding job bringing Sunday and all the female characters to life with her exceptional narration. On a side note: I'm eagerly awaiting the release of book two... who am I kidding, I want the entire series right now!

    I haven't really delved into the world of paranormal books, but I have to admit, "Obsession" has completely blown me away. It's easily the most captivating paranormal book I've come across. The story is incredibly gripping, and the performances by the entire cast are just mind-blowing. I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment in this series. It's safe to say you've converted me into a paranormal enthusiast!

    I absolutely adored this book! The collaboration between Meg Anne and K. Loraine is pure genius, and I hope they continue writing together. The way they portrayed the angst, emotions, and passion was executed brilliantly. The characters captured my heart from beginning to end, and I'm fully invested in their journey. I can't wait for the next book! As someone new to paranormal romance, I find myself being drawn deeper into this genre with every read. Sunday, the protagonist, is an incredible character. She embodies strength and fearlessness, and Stella Hunter's portrayal of her is spot on. Stella's voice brings out all of Sunday's emotions and passions. Sunday, a female shifter on the search for her wolf, finds herself in Ravenscroft University and encounters not just one, but four alphas: a vampire prince, a forbidden priest, a demi-god, and a bully wolf. Each of these men has their own unique qualities. I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of Kingston (the bully wolf) at this point. He's overly possessive, stubborn, and arrogant. However, I'm hopeful that as I continue reading, I'll warm up to him. Noah, the vampire prince, is fiercely protective and captivating. Caleb, the forbidden priest, has undeniable chemistry with Sunday. Alek, the demi-god, exudes dominance but also reveals a softer side that I'm eager to explore. The talented narrators, James Joseph, JF Harding, Jason Clarke, and Aaron Shedlock, bring these characters to life flawlessly. The duet narrative is a phenomenal listening experience, especially with Jason Clarke's Irish brogue and James Joseph's sexy British accent. It's a captivating and swoon-worthy combination. Obsession is just the beginning of the Mate Games, and I can't wait to see what's in store next. I'm ready for more!

    I've barely written any reviews for this service, but I couldn't resist writing one for this book! It's absolutely amazing. The characters are so well-rounded, and the relationships are portrayed in a way that truly reflects each person's individuality. The personal growth that occurs throughout the story is so important, and there's still more to come. I've already pre-ordered all the books and the narration. Noah has captured my heart, but I also want to share my soul with Caleb. Trust me, the whole experience is truly incredible!

    I absolutely adore this story! 'Obsession' has completely captivated me! This book has it all: sizzling romance, intriguing suspense, intense emotions, fiery chemistry, hilarious moments, and endearing characters. I'm eagerly anticipating the next installment, and I even have a reminder set in my calendar because I just can't wait!

    This audiobook has completely spoiled me for any other narrations. I am a huge fan of the authors, and when they incorporated full-cast performances into their writing, it was like adding fuel to the fire. The stories are absolutely incredible, especially for someone like me who has always had a soft spot for paranormal themes like werewolves, vampires, and Vikings. The addition of multiple narrators has elevated these books to a whole new level of sexiness, humor, romance, and forbidden love. The intensity is palpable, and I couldn't stop listening. The talent of these narrators is on par with any Oscar-winning actor you've seen on the big screen. I can no longer enjoy audiobooks that don't feature duet or full cast narration. These narrators have truly brought these books to life, transporting me into the stories with my eyes closed, as if I were watching a movie. Words can't express how amazing it is to hear each character's point of view being voiced by a different narrator. As someone with limited vision, this type of narration is a dream come true. It allows me to feel like I'm watching a movie, even though I can't read books like I used to. I love that I can pop in my AirPods and indulge in the eroticism of the story while everyone else around me can enjoy their own entertainment without any disturbance. It is an absolute delight. I'm eagerly awaiting Books 3 & 4 and hoping for more to come featuring these captivating characters and exploring their pasts and futures, as well as the lives of other paranormal characters who played smaller roles in the book. The writing is beautiful, and I am so grateful to have discovered these talented writers. ❤️❤️❤️

    I was given an Advance Listener Copy in exchange for an honest review. K. Loraine and Meg Anne have teamed up for their debut collaboration, which is a definite success. Their individual talents in the paranormal romance genre come together to create an exciting new series that fans have lovingly dubbed "Super Harem". The protagonist, Sunday Fallon, finds herself irresistibly drawn to four unique men she encounters at Ravenscroft University. These men include vampires Noah and Caleb, who was once a priest before becoming immortal, werewolf Kingston, and demi-god Alek. Each of them believes that Sunday is their destined partner. While we get a thorough introduction to all the men, Book 1 primarily focuses on her deepening connection with Noah. Throughout the story, all four men are dedicated to keeping Sunday safe from an unknown threat, while also indulging in some steamy encounters along the way. In terms of passion, Meg and K do not hold back. They incorporate various kinks and the results are scorching hot! It's worth noting that the authors have taken into consideration the potential triggers for their audience and have provided disclosure on their website, www.themategames.com. The intimate scenes in the story are not gratuitous, but instead serve to further the plot and develop the relationships between the lovers. As for the audiobook, let's talk about the narrators! James Joseph, a fresh face in the romance genre, will leave you breathless. He has possibly the sexiest British voice I've ever heard, and that includes my British husband and even... that narrator. Yes, I said it. The narration style, where each character voices their own dialogue regardless of the point of view, is my favorite, and kudos to Stella Hunter for her impressive endurance while recording with the likes of James, J.F. Harding, Aaron Shedlock, and Jason Clarke (who is absolutely phenomenal!). Also, veteran British narrator Shane East makes a brief appearance. But it is James Joseph who truly stands out with a voice that I would want to claim me as his chosen one. Overall, this first book in the Mate Games series is definitely worth the investment of your time and money. I'm eagerly looking forward to collecting all four stories in this steamy reverse harem series!

    Another book that took me forever to finish. I almost sent it back, but I SLOWLY plowed through it - hoping it would get better. I was glad when it was over - it was like going to the dentist!!
