Whether you're inclined to agree with every point or not, Tony Judt's 'Postwar: A History of Europe Since 1945' is undeniably a remarkable feat.
Impressively lengthy, spanning a whopping 43 hours of narration, and delivered with exquisite skill, this audiobook is an absolute must-listen.
The book is packed with loads of data and figures, which can sometimes make it a bit tricky to keep up with. However, it has a wealth of valuable information and thought-provoking perspectives. It's definitely worth having a physical copy in your collection.
This audiobook is packed with a ton of information, seriously, a ton. Some of it is fascinating, while some of it is less so. However, in the audio format, the book's structure or organization is not readily apparent, if it even exists. Does it move at a thrilling pace? More like the speed of the editorial page in the Wall Street Journal. It feels rather lifeless.
