Once I finished listening to 'Rapture in Death: In Death, Book 4', I got a good grasp on J.D. Robb's writing style. I managed to solve the murders ahead of Eve, which made the book a bit tedious, to be honest. I might give one more book from the series a listen, hoping it will bring back the excitement!
I really enjoy getting to know the characters on a deeper level and experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions alongside them. The author has done an excellent job in crafting a well-written book, and I must say that Susan Ericksen absolutely nails all the characters.
