  • I've been on a spiritual journey quite similar to Gabby's since 2006, and even though our stories of hardship and difficult times differ, our spiritual path is almost identical. Her words have helped me make sense of many of the challenges I've faced on my own healing journey, and now I realize that I'm not alone. I'm excited to read more of her books and maybe even participate in her spirit junkie trainings. Gabby, thank you for being honest and for your straightforward communication and insights. I'll always be thankful. #namaste
  • I've been seeking enlightenment and wisdom for a while now, and let me tell you, this book really spoke to me. I devoured it in just two days. By the end, I was overcome with emotion and felt so inspired. I can't thank Gabrielle Bernstein enough for sharing her message of love and faith in the universe and ourselves. It's time to keep moving forward with an open heart. Much love!
  • I had high hopes for this book and anticipated gaining valuable insights from it. However, I found myself disappointed as Bernstein seemed to endlessly recount her personal struggles (anxiety, drug addiction, relationship issues) without providing much depth or substance. It became tedious and unengaging, to the point where I had to stop listening after just an hour.
  • I got this book last week, and I'm on my third listen already. Every time I give it a go, I discover something new. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I used to be not much of a prayer or meditation person, but now I'm doing it every day and it's really helping me find inner peace. Gabrielle has opened my eyes to a whole new perspective on life and how I handle different situations. It's only been a short while, but I can already feel a positive shift in how I feel and how my relationships are changing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who's ready for a spiritual awakening and wants to find inner peace. I've already suggested it to a bunch of my friends. She provides readers with prayers, meditations, and ideas for living a life fueled by love instead of fear. I really hope you enjoy this book as much as I have and that it brings you some great benefits.
  • I absolutely loved reading this book during my long solo road trip, as it was the perfect companion for my journey of self-discovery. Gabrielle shares numerous valuable tools and insights that I am eager to implement in my own life. As mentioned in the book, the content truly has a way of finding you at the right moment, and you read it when you most need it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking a strong foundation of love amidst challenging transformative experiences. It serves as a fantastic catalyst for embracing radical self-love. The only minor criticism I have is that Gabrielle's speaking pace is somewhat slow throughout. While it has a soothing effect, it can be a bit too trance-like during a long road trip. Overall, it was a fantastic read that I highly recommend!
  • I might not have been in the proper headspace? I completed the audiobook, but I took a break from it for some time and then compelled myself to finish it. I found it difficult to connect with and it seemed peculiar to me. Additionally, I had the impression that the author was dictating to me during the "exercises" without acknowledging that it was recorded for the audience.
