I was blown away by how different Laura's story was from what the media showed during my childhood. Getting her perspective really helped me form my own opinion. I absolutely adored how genuine and relatable Laura is, and as a twin, I especially enjoyed hearing about her twin daughters. It was such a unique and refreshing perspective on the Bush years.

This audiobook really opened my eyes to a whole new side of Laura. She comes across as incredibly kind-hearted and compassionate towards people. It genuinely makes me wish I had the chance to meet her in person. And let me tell you, her book is absolutely superb.

Me and my 11-year-old granddaughter were hooked on Laura's incredible book during our road trip. We had an interesting observation - every time we stopped and got back in the car, she would always resume the audiobook right where we left off. When she came home from school, she excitedly told me about a Kahoot quiz they had, and thanks to listening to Laura's book, she was able to confidently recognize which president was in office during the 9/11 attack.
