I bought this audiobook because a colleague of mine read it and recommended it to everyone in our department. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to read, so I opted for the audiobook version. To my dismay, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The narrator, who is also the book's author, lacks the ability to captivate the listener. It felt like listening to someone who was intentionally trying to bore me to sleep. To make matters worse, I later discovered that there was no available code to access the MBA inventory. This was the main reason I bought the audiobook, as I wanted to compare my results with my co-workers. Needless to say, I was very let down by this.

I purchased a physical copy so I can easily mark the key takeaways that apply to my own workplace and will definitely be sharing it with others. The entire book is packed with valuable insights and meticulously pinpoints numerous challenges. I highly recommend it!

In the final chapter, the author mentioned sending bi-weekly prompts to a team that resulted in positive outcomes, but unfortunately, the book did not include any of these prompts as a starting point. While there were some scattered pieces of advice throughout the book, they were few and far between amidst the statistics and general discussions.
