I absolutely adored experiencing this incredibly mind-blowing story being narrated to me. It gives off a totally different vibe compared to simply reading the words on a page.
The Ringworld Engineers, penned a decade after Ringworld, definitely shows improvement. However, it still retains some elements that feel outdated, and I can't help but find Niven's incorporation of sexual content in this book a little bizarre, almost crossing the line into creepy and nonsensical. Nevertheless, it remains an enjoyable read, especially if you're looking for something to revisit from your childhood.
