  • Walking Disaster: Disaster, Book 2 is an excellent sequel to "Beautiful Disaster": Book 1 as it provides the story from Travis' point of view! It's really enjoyable to experience the same events from both the female and male lead, giving readers two different perspectives. I'm excited for more works from Jamie McGuire because she has a talent for telling stories with detailed descriptions and capturing intense emotions through captivating characters. Dan Bittner did a fantastic job bringing Travis and the entire cast of Walking Disaster to life. His narration is so captivating that I could listen to it forever. Without a doubt, this audiobook is worth a credit! Go ahead and enjoy...
  • I absolutely loved this retelling of Beautiful Disaster from Travis' point of view. The love story between Travis and Abby is intense and passionate, and getting insights from both characters gives us a deeper understanding of their backgrounds and emotions. Jamie McGuire's writing is superb; she has a knack for delivering a captivating and gripping narrative. The prologue offers valuable insight into what shaped Travis into the person we meet in the beginning. As for the epilogue, it was a bit of a mixed bag for me. Initially, I was confused and questioning what was happening, but by the end, I felt it was overall satisfying. It was nice to have a glimpse into the future to see how they were doing, whether they were still together, had kids, and so on. The author clearly believed that readers would want that, and I have to agree, even though the story would have been fine without it. Dan Bittner's narration was fantastic; he truly embodied Travis with a voice that was pleasing to listen to. Overall, I highly recommend this audiobook.
