This audiobook offers a mix of content: around 60% consists of fairly straightforward observations, 30% has similarities to the TV show "Lie to Me," and the remaining 10% provides genuinely intriguing and practical information. The accompanying PDF, while a bit cheesy, does manage to summarize the information effectively.
I have never given a one-star review before, but if I could, this audiobook would definitely deserve it. It's a complete waste of space on your hard drive. If you believe in this pseudo-science nonsense, then go ahead, but I assure you it's nothing but rubbish. I have a strong suspicion that this book was just a way for the author to make some extra money after retiring from the FBI. Don't expect any scientific evidence to back up his claims, which are almost like magic tricks. To make matters worse, the narration is incredibly boring. I actually found it more interesting to analyze all the logical fallacies in this troubling discussion. It's rare for me to feel like I've wasted both a credit and my time, but unfortunately, that's exactly how I feel about this audiobook. And I'm not alone, many others have expressed the same sentiment. Purchase this at your own risk.
