Summary
"I love the practical strategies and valuable insights from the hearts and lives of strong-willed kids. Youll defi nitely want to make this book part of your parenting library."
I read this book back when my boys were little, and it was absolutely fantastic. Now, I'm giving it another go to help my granddaughter. It's seriously great!
I absolutely adore this book! I really wish I stumbled upon it earlier. I noticed rapid improvements as I gained knowledge on how to effectively comprehend and interact with my strong-willed child. A massive thank you for providing such an invaluable resource!
I've gone through this book thrice and recommend it to anyone dealing with a stubborn child or a strong-willed individual. This book has imparted valuable knowledge to me, and I'm deeply thankful for it.
A counselor actually put me onto this book and let me tell you, I was absolutely amazed right from the start! The advice in here is so practical and just makes sense. I've already started implementing a few of the strategies and I can already see a positive change. If you're a parent dealing with a strong-willed child, this is a book you absolutely have to read.
The mindset and strategies were effective right from the start. I could have done without the preachy tone, but it didn't take away from the main point.
The book has some good strategies, but it gets bogged down by too many religious references. Personally, I found them to be a distraction from the main content. If you share the same religious beliefs as the author, you might find it more valuable, but for me, it just felt like unnecessary information. I tried to overlook it, but it became overwhelming and I had to stop listening to it.
A friend of mine told me about this book, and it's hands down the best parenting book I've come across. It's given me a real boost in dealing with my strong-willed child, and I've gained some fresh perspectives and strategies too. And it's a blast to listen to the author narrating it!
