I found this book to be excessively repetitive and it seemed to only provide basic, commonly known advice. Honestly, you could probably learn more by doing a quick Google search rather than investing time in reading this book.

The book was packed with so much new information that I hadn't come across before. I'm extremely grateful that I read this before welcoming our puppy into our home! Acquiring this knowledge will ensure a smoother adjustment period and create a delightful experience for our entire family, especially our adorable puppy.
I couldn't get through this book. I listened to four chapters and it mostly consisted of the author discrediting traditional dog trainers and emphasizing how their methods were wrong, while claiming that his own method was the best. However, he never actually explained what his method was, aside from asserting its superiority. I grew tired of hearing him belittle others without providing any substantial information about his own approach. It was a waste of about an hour and a half of my life, listening to him rant and rave about how awful others are and how amazing he is. Maybe the book improved later on, but he lost my interest and I decided to stop listening. Ultimately, I didn't learn anything except that he dislikes how other people train dogs.
This book is absolutely awesome for dog owners at any skill level. Whether you're just starting out, have some experience, or consider yourself an expert, this book has got you covered.

I couldn't get enough of it and listened to it multiple times because it was filled to the brim with valuable information. Despite being informative, it was also a fun and captivating listen. Zak, the author, is energetic, captivating, and extremely knowledgeable. So far, all the techniques and tips from his book have been working wonders for us. And here's the surprising part – I've even started teaching my cat to sit on command using Zak's methods! She's almost there, which is remarkable because our girl cat could never figure it out before. Zak's approach is truly effective! While he doesn't delve deep into the scientific explanations behind these techniques, there is plenty of scientific research supporting his methods. This book complements his YouTube channel perfectly. The videos allow you to witness the techniques in action, while the book presents the information in a well-structured manner. I highly recommend it!
